Bicolor chocolate salame: the quick and easy recipe in ASMR!

INGREDIENTS
410ml (1 4/5 cups) of milk
130g (3/5 cup) of sugar
1 tsp of lemon zest
70g (1/2 cup) of cocoa powder
160g (3/5 cup) of butter
400g of cookies
100g of walnuts
90g of melted milk chocolate
30g of peanuts
50g of melted white chocolate
30g of peanuts
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together milk, lemon zest, sugar, and cocoa powder.
2. Cook on low heat boiling for a few minutes, and add in butter.
3. Once cool enough mix in cookies and chopped walnuts.
4. Roll into the parchment paper and refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Cover with white chocolate mixture and dark chocolate mixture, and refrigerate for 30 minutes more.
