These Mint Chocolate Truffles only require 4 ingredients and can be made using just the microwave.

INGREDIENTS
50ml mint syrup
100g chocolate
200g biscuits
 
sugar
 
METHOD
1. Mix the biscuits with mint syrup and the chocolate. 
2. Make some balls.
3. Cover the balls in the sugar.
