Bicolor flower fritters: delicious and quick to prepare!

A simple method that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS
500g (3 cups + 2 tbsp) flour
150ml (2/3 cup) milk
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
50g (1/4 cup) butter
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp vinegar
80ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together eggs with sugar, oil, milk, vanilla extract, vinegar, add in flour, baking powder, and butter.
- Divide the dough into 2 portions and add cocoa powder and milk to the second.
- Make little balls from the dough. Put white balls into dark and dark into white. Roll it a little and make cuts like a flower.
- Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with hazelnut cream and hazelnut grain.
