Spiral fritters: easy, quick and delicious

An incredible method to make the best fritters ever!
INGREDIENTS

250g (1 1/2 cups) semolina
250g ( 1 1/2 cups) flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
500ml (2 cups) milk
7g dry yeast
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice from 1 orange
1/3 tsp salt

Sugar
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together milk, sugar, and yeast, add in zest and juice, flour, and semolina.
- Let it rise for 2 hours. In the hot oil make the spirals from the dough and fry from both sides until golden brown.
- Cover with sugar.
