Spiral fritters: how to make them with a bottle!

Pour the batter in the hot oil, the result will blow your mind!
INGREDIENTS

500g semolina
450ml (1.84 cup) milk
10g dry yeast
1 orange with zest and juice
1 tbsp anise liqueur
Oil
Sugar
METHOD
- Dissolve yeast in milk. Add the orange zest into the semolina and pour the orange juice. Add anise liqueur and stir while adding milk.
- Stir all the dough ingredients well and let rise for 2 hours. Form spirals using a bottle and deep-fry. Dip Spiral fritters in sugar.
