Bottle cookies: the alternative way to make them!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
130g (1 cup) Sugar
40ml Orange juice
1 tsp Orange zest
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
8g Yeast
1/4 tsp Salt
500g (3 cups + 2 tbsp) Flour

METHOD
  1. In a bowl add all ingredients, except the flour and salt and mix with a hand mixer. Add in the flour and the salt.
  2. Make holes using a hot fork at the bottom of a plastic bottle, you can correct the hole with a knife.
  3. Put the dough inside the bottle and press it from above.
  4. Make many cookies, cutting the dough with scissors.
  5. Bake at 170’C (340’F) for 20 minutes.
