Stained glass cookies: how to make them perfect

We love seeing light peek through the centers and yes, you can decorate your tree with them!🥰

Our Jessica showed us the easiest recipes to make them!
All you have to do is cut your sugar cookies with a negative space inside, then crush your favorite hard candy and sprinkle it in the middle.

For the pastry dough:
250g all purpose flour
100g butter
100g sugar
1 egg
a pinch of salt

1. Using a cookie cutter cut your flowers or hearts or stars.
2. Transfer your cookies to a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.

4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
