Valentine's day glass cookies: beautiful and fun to prepare!

INGREDIENTS
For the shortcrust:
150g (1 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
150g (1 cup) of potato starch
160g (2/3 cup) of butter
125g (1 cup) of powdered sugar
A pinch of salt
Vanillin
2 egg yolks
Colored candies
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, potato starch, butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks, and mix. When the dough starts to form knead with your hands to combine all well together. Wrap the dough in cling film and transfer to the fridge for 30 minutes.
2. After time has elapsed transfer the dough to the working surface and roll it out to a thickness of about 4 millimeters and cut out the shapes of the biscuits with the heat cookie cutter. The smallest cookie cutter cut the central part of the cookies.
3. Transfer the cookies to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Move them to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 5 minutes.
4. After 5 minutes remove from the oven and place the colored candies on each cookie. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
