Heart shaped cookies: a sweet idea for Valentine's day!

INGREDIENTS:
about 20pcs
150g of butter
250g of weak flour
Grated lemon peel or vanilla
A pinch of salt
3 yolks
100g of powdered sugar

METHOD
1. Start by working the soft butter with the flour, aromas and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the icing sugar and finally the yolks.
3. Leave to rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
4. Shape the balls and crush them with the help of the bottom of a bicchere, then form a heart with your finger.
5. Add the strawberry jam and bake at 170° C/338° F for about 18/20 minutes.
6. Once cold, pour the jam over your heart and sprinkle with icing sugar.
