INGREDIENTS
2 puff pastry rolls
200g prosciutto
1 egg yolk

METHOD
1. Arrange the Italian prosciutto on the puff pastry and then cover it with another puff pastry.
2. Cut the dough into strips. Twist the strips lengthwise into a spiral.
3. Form a heart from the resulting spirals on a baking mold.
4. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 360°F/180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
