Mozzarella Valentines Hearts

Ingredients:
100g Spicy Cheetos
500g Mozzarella cheese.
1 Beaten Egg
Oil for deep frying.
Ranch sauce and chili sauce for a dipping sauce.
Instructions:
Place the Cheetos in a blender and then blitz.
Cut heart shapes out of the mozzarella cheese using a cookie cutter these should be around 5-7cm in size and 1 to 1.5 cm thick.
Dip your cheese hearts into the beaten egg and then into the cheeto mix.
Now freeze your hearts for at least an hour but four is better.
Heat your oil for deep frying to 170°C 370°F and batch fry for 60 seconds.
Serve with a dipping sauce of ranch sauce and dipping sauce.
