Heart-shape buns: for a special breakfast!

This idea is perfect to surprise the one you love!
INGREDIENTS
350ml (1.4 cup) warm milk
100g (0.5 cup) sugar
6g (1 tsp) salt
7g dry yeast
60ml (0.25 cup) butter
550g (4.4 cups) flour
30g (2 tbsp) cocoa
METHOD
- Combine warm milk, sugar and dry yeast, leave for 5 minutes, then add melted butter, flour and salt. Knead a fine, smooth dough. Divide the dough into two parts and mix one part with cocoa. Divide the black and white dough into 9 balls. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll the white ball into a ball, and then place the ball in the middle as you close it. Leave for half an hour to stand covered with foil, then roll out the ball, fold, cut and join the ends to get a heart shape.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
