Heart shaped burger: a great recipe to surprise everyone!

INGREDIENTS

• 650g ground-beef

• parsley

• salt

• pepper

• spinach

• ham

• mozzarella

METHOD

Form a heart from aluminum foil in a round shape.
Mix the ground-meat, parsley, salt, pepper and place half of the resulting mixture in a cake pan.
Cook the spinach with ham. Put the cooked stuffing in the form on the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese. Close the meat heart with the second half of ground-meat.
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
