A delicious and easy to make snack that everyone will love!

INGREDIENTS
2 apples
60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
Cinnamon
1 lemon (juice)
60g of apricot jam
1 roll of puff pastry

METHOD

First, peel the apple, remove the core and cut it into slices, and then into cubes of about 1 cm per side.
In a saucepan add the sugar and cinnamon and lemon juice. Cook for a few minutes over low heat, melt the sugar well, stirring occasionally.
When it has melted, add the diced apple, add the apricot jam and mix everything letting the apple soften a little over low heat for a few minutes.
Cut 6 squares of puff pastry, brush the edges with a little apple cooking liquid and place a couple of teaspoons of apple mixture on top.
Close the buns in half by gently pressing the edges with your fingers. With a fork press on the side edges of the buns in order to seal them well.
Bake in the oven at 220°C/428°F for 12 minutes.
