Melosa cake: soft inside and crunchy outside!

Puff pastry, sponge cake and apples are the perfect combination for a dessert that is easy to make, tasty and also very original!
INGREDIENTS
For the filling:
2-3 apples
cinnamon
1 tablespoon brown sugar
half a lemon

1 roll of puff pastry
For the batter:
2 eggs
140g sugar
60ml seed oil
a pinch of salt
1 jar of yogurt
250g flour
1 packet baking powder (16g)
METHOD
1. Spread out the puff pastry onto the pan.
2. Cook the apples in a pan with lemon and cinnamon, let them cool and place them on the puff pastry base.
3. Prepare the batter for the cake, then pour it into the cake pan lined with puff pastry.
4. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °.
5. Decorate with icing sugar and serve.
