Tablespoon fritters: how to make them crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside!

Fluffy and easy to make, you won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
250g (2 cups) flour
190ml (¾ cup) water
10g (1 tbsp) fresh yeast
6g salt
METHOD
- Whisk the yeast with lukewarm water. Add the mixture to the flour and salt. Mix well.
- Leave to rise for 2 hours.
- Spoon the mixture and fry in hot oil. Serve.
