Cauliflower fritters: how to make them soft!

These cauliflower fritters make a fantastic lunch or side dish, ready with 5 ingredients! 
 
INGREDIENTS
260g (2 cups) flour
260ml (1 cup) water
150g cooked cauliflower
3g (1 tsp) dry yeast
Salt
Pepper

METHOD
  1. Pour flour, water, dry yeast, cooked cauliflower, salt, and pepper into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk well and let rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Fry in hot oil. Serve.
