Cauliflowers fritters: the crunchy and irresistible side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1kg cauliflower
1L (4 1/4 cup) water
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
15ml (1 tbsp) milk
3 eggs
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
160ml (2/3 cup) yogurt
100g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
For frying:
300ml of vegetable oil
METHOD
- Peel a cauliflower and separate the flowers, cut the flowers in half and put them in a cooking pot, add water, salt and milk and cook for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the mixture for frying carts of vials. Add eggs, yogurt, salt, and flour to the bowl, then mix everything.
- Heat the oil in a pan, then dip each cauliflower flower into the mixture and immediately put in the boiling oil. Turn the cauliflower until it is evenly browned and until it gets a fine yellow color.
