Cauliflowers fritters: the crunchy and irresistible side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1kg cauliflower
1L (4 1/4 cup) water
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
15ml (1 tbsp) milk
3 eggs
3g (1/2 tsp) salt
160ml (2/3 cup) yogurt
100g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) all-purpose flour
 
For frying:
300ml of vegetable oil
 
METHOD
  1. Peel a cauliflower and separate the flowers, cut the flowers in half and put them in a cooking pot, add water, salt and milk and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the mixture for frying carts of vials. Add eggs, yogurt, salt, and flour to the bowl, then mix everything.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, then dip each cauliflower flower into the mixture and immediately put in the boiling oil. Turn the cauliflower until it is evenly browned and until it gets a fine yellow color.
