Baked cauliflower: a tasty and crunchy side dish!

This is the best way to cook cauliflower!

INGREDIENTS
1kg (5.2 cups) cauliflower
Cook until half cooked
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Grated cheese (parmesan)
Flour
Olive oil
3 eggs

Salt
Water
 
METHOD
  1. Separate the cauliflower flowers and boil in salted water.
  2. Chop the parsley and add to the breadcrumbs, and add the parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
  3. Then strain the cauliflower, roll in flour, eggs and a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley.
  4. Arrange on baking paper, add olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
