Baked cauliflower: a tasty and crunchy side dish!

This is the best way to cook cauliflower!
INGREDIENTS

1kg (5.2 cups) cauliflower
Cook until half cooked
Parsley
Breadcrumbs
Grated cheese (parmesan)
Flour
Olive oil
3 eggs
Salt
Water
METHOD
- Separate the cauliflower flowers and boil in salted water.
- Chop the parsley and add to the breadcrumbs, and add the parmesan to the breadcrumbs.
- Then strain the cauliflower, roll in flour, eggs and a mixture of breadcrumbs, parmesan and parsley.
- Arrange on baking paper, add olive oil and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
