Crispy battered cauliflower: excellent to serve as an appetizer or side dish!

These are seriously mouthwatering and easy to make!
INGREDIENTS

700g of cauliflower
25g (3 tbsp) of flour
Parsley
15g (2 3/4 tbsp) of parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
5g (1 tsp) of baking soda
120ml (1/2 cup) of mineral water
Oil for frying

5g (1 tsp) of baking soda
120ml (1/2 cup) of mineral water
Oil for frying
METHOD
- Add the cauliflower to the boiling water, season it with salt and boil for 7-8 minutes until soft.
- In a bowl add the flour, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, baking soda, and mix. Gradually add the mineral water and mix it all together well.
- Dip each cauliflower in the flour mixture and transfer to the hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
