Cherry tomatoes confit: amazing as an appetizer or side dish!

So easy to make at home! Here's how to make a delicious side dish that everyone will love!
INGREDIENTS

1 kg (2 pounds) cherry tomatoes;
2 tsp salt;
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil;
2 sprigs of basil;
Garlic;
Olive oil.

METHOD
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half, season with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Drain and liquid and mix with olive oil, basil and garlic.
Spread cut side up on a parchment-covered baking sheet. - Leave to dry out for 3 hours at 100°C/215°F.
- Divide between two sterilized jars and cover with olive oil.
