Tomato confit in olive oil: an easy and fast recipe to make at home

INGREDIENTS
250g tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt
1 groung garlic clove
Thyme, chopped

DIRECTIONS
Wash the tomatoes carefully, dry them and cut them in half with a knife. Place them on a pan lined with parchment paper with the cut facing upwards. Meanwhile, turn on the convection oven at 120°C (240F). Season with salt and sugar, then put them in the oven to dry for about two hours. Then take the tomatoes and arrange them in jars with garlic, thyme and oil.
