CHERRY TOMATO TARTE TATIN: FRESH, FAST and TASTY! π π

INGREDIENTS
1 roll of puff pastry
420g of cherry tomatoes
18g (1 1/2 tbsp) of light brown sugar
Salt
Dry oregano
Basil
Olive oil
1 tbsp of mustard
Β
Basil for decoration
METHOD
1. Cut the cherry tomatoes into half and transfer them to the bowl. Add the light brown sugar, salt, dry oregano, basil, and olive oil and mix.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on the cutting board and spread the mustard.
3. Arrange the seasoned cherry tomatoes on the bottom of the baking dish with the cut side facing up (26cm - cake mold) and cover with the puff pastry with the part seasoned with mustard in contact with the cherry tomatoes.
4. Close the puff pastry on the edges well and prick the surface with the fork. Bake in oven at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 25 minutes.
5. Once cooked, turn the tarte tatin onto a serving plate and decorate with basil. Cut a slice and serve.
