Cherry tomato omelette: a quick and tasty recipe to try!

Easy to make and super tasty!

INGREDIENTS
10 eggs
15-20 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp of oil
1\2 tsp of salt
1\4 tsp pepper
parsley
Parmesan cheese to taste
Basil leaves
 
METHOD
  1. Cut tomatoes into halves.
  2. In a pan add oil and then put tomatoes to cover all space, add in basil leaves.
  3. In a bowl mix eggs with species and cheese, mix it well, transfer to a pan, fry for 10 minuter, add more cheese.
