Fluffy omelette: a nice recipe to try right now!

Fluffy and creamy, you'll love the result!

INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites
3 egg yolks
Salt and pepper
4/5 small tomatoes
Provola
Extra virgin olive oil
Basil
1 tablespoon of grated wheat
 
METHOD
  1. Separate 4 egg whites and 3 egg yolks. Add salt and pepper to the egg whites and mix with a blender. Add grated cheese, basil and mix with a spatula.
  2. Cut stringy cheese and cherry tomatoes. Heat a pan with olive oil and drizzle the omelet.
  3. Put the cherry and cheese over the omelet. Then cover the omelet and let it simmer for 2 minutes on low heat. Add the basil and fold the omelet, then cover it again for another minute,
  4. The omelet is ready, serve and enjoy the taste.
