Pudding pie: the recipe to make a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Bagna:
250 gr sugar
170 ml water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Juice of half a lemon
Cream:
700 ml milk
100 gr sugar
60 g starch
60 gr semolina flour
4 eggs
50 gr butter
Lemon zest or vanilla essence
2 rolls of puff pastry
Directions:
Wet: in a saucepan mix the sugar with the water and melt. Also add lemon zest and cinnamon.
Cream: in a saucepan pour the milk and add sugar, starch and semolina. Beat the eggs and add them to the rest. Then add the butter and flavor with lemon or vanilla.
Assemble the cake by filling the puff pastry and brush the yolk.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
