Ingredients:
Base:
125 gr flour

85 gr cubed butter

Filling:
5 mushrooms
1 clove of garlic

20 gr carrots
110 gr chicken
15 gr butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of sugar
2 spoons of peas
100 ml cream
1 egg
Preparation:
Base: put the flour in a bowl and add salt and butter. Mash the butter to integrate it with the flour and add the water. Form a uniform dough and roll it out in a tart mold. Cover with parchment paper and cover with rice, bake at 300°F (150 ° -160 °) for 15 minutes.
Cut the ingredients for the filling into small pieces and cook them in a pan.
Put the ingredients on the base and then pour the cream after adding the egg.
Bake at 300°F (150 ° -160 °) for 30-35 minutes.
