Banana bread: the recipe to make it very special

Ingredients:
700 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
30 gr fresh yeast or 15 gr dry yeast
1 tablespoon flour
1 tbsp sugar
200 ml milk
2 bananas
2 eggs + 2 yolks
50 gr sugar
80 gr butter
Preparation:
Mix the yeast with a spoonful of flour, a spoonful of sugar and milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Mash the bananas and add the flour, salt, eggs, sugar and butter. Then add the mixture with the yeast and form a dough, let it rise for 1 hour.
Then prepare in banana pan as shown in the video and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40-50 minutes.
