Coconut giant donut: the recipe to make it perfect

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
100 ml oil
100 ml milk
200 gr coconut flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon of cardamom powder (optional)

Cream:
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
150 gr sugar
250 gr mascarpone
500 ml milk
2 tbsp flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 yolk
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
150 gr sugar
250 gr mascarpone
Directions:
Cake: whip the eggs with sugar, then add oil and milk. Then add coconut flour, yeast and cardamom. Butter a donut mold and bake at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
Cream: pour all the ingredients (except the mascarpone) in a saucepan. Let thicken on the fire. Then add and whip the mascarpone.
Assemble your cake and decorate it with other coconut flour.
