Savory twisted donuts: this recipe is keeper!

Eating a hot twist donut fresh out of the oil and full of cheese was...Oh, we don't know, one of the best experiences we've ever made!

INGREDIENTS
190g (1 1/2 cup) flour(all purpose)
30g (1/4 cup) rice flour
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
5g dry yeast
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 tbsp butter
¼ tsp salt
Mozzarella
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Knead. Let rise for 40 minutes.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into strips. Divide the dough into 12 portions.
  3. Roll out each portion and put the cheese inside. Form a donut. Deep-fry.
