Twisted donuts: a sweet treat ready in minutes!

Light and crispy, they're easy to make with a unique shape!

INGREDIENTS
• 256g flour
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp milk powder
• 2 tbsp warm water
• frying oil
• sugar and cinnamon icing powder
 
METHOD
  1. Knead the dough. Let rise.
  2. Divide the dough into 11 pieces. Roll up balls. Let rise. Form graffa skewers.
  3. Let rise. Fry.
  4. Grease graffa skewers with cinnamon sugar.
