Sweet cottage cheese sticks: a sweet treat ready in a few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese - 350 gr I have 0.1%
Egg 1 pc.
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Sugar 60 gr
Flour 220 + -
Baking powder 1 teaspoon (5 gr)
Soft butter 15 gr
 
METHOD
  1. Combine cheese, egg, sugar and sour cream, add flour, baking powder, butter, knead and spread the dough as in the video.
  2. Heat oil and cook for a few minutes!
