Cottage cheese pancakes: perfect for a unique breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
560g (2.5 cups) Cottage cheese
100g (0.8 cup) Flour
100g (0.5 cup) Sugar
1 pinch of salt
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp (10g) flour 00
Vegetable oil
15g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
METHOD
- Combine cottage cheese with flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, add salt and egg yolks and knead everything into a fine dough.
- Flour the work surface, knead the dough and divide into parts, shape with the help of a small mold.
- Pour the oil into the pan and add a little butter, then bake the focaccias on both sides and prepare to bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the focaccias with sugar and add the berries.
