Fluffy donuts: sweet and fragrant, ready in few minutes!

INGREDIENTS
450ml (1.8 cup) kefir
2 eggs
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
5g (1 tsp) baking soda
60g (0.2 cup) butter
750g (6 cups) flour
Frying oil
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Add kefir, mix, and then add butter, flour and baking soda. Knead the dough and leave for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 15 parts and roll into balls. Roll out each ball and make a cut in the middle.
- Fry in hot oil, then roll in powdered sugar.
