Chocolate balls: a sweet treat ready in 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

3 egg whites
400g (4 cups) of integral biscuit
100g (1 cup) of coconut flakes
50g (0.5 cup) ground almonds
20g (0.1 cup) powdered sugar
20g (0.1 cup) pistachios
80g (0.8 cup) of milk chocolate
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
METHOD
- Crumble the biscuits, add the coconut, ground almonds and powdered sugar, then add the egg whites and knead everything.
- For one larger ball, you need 50 g of dough, and if you want small balls it takes 20 g of dough. Shape into balls, arrange in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake at 180 degrees, 8 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and add the oil, then dip each ball into the chocolate and sprinkle with the pistachios.
