Chocolate stuffed cookies: an incredible treat ready in 10 minutes!

 Heaven in Every Bite!

INGREDIENTS
 1 egg;
 80 g (2.8 oz) powdered sugar;
 75 g (2.6 oz) butter, room temp.;
 100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate drops;
 ½ tbsp baking powder;
 170 g (6 oz) flour;
 a pinch of salt;
 ½ tsp vanilla powder;
 Hazelnut cream.
 
METHOD
  1.  Beat butter with powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Add and egg and beat until uniform.
  2.  Mix in flour and baking powder add chocolate drops or chips and stir to combine.
  3.  Divide the dough into 10 balls.
  4.  Place 5 balls on a parchment covered baking pan and flatten with your hand. Place a generous spoon of hazelnut cream on top and cover with another flattened ball of dough. Pinch the edges together.
  5.  Add some chocolate on top and bake for 10 minutes at 200C/400F. Leave to cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
