Chocolate stuffed cookies: an incredible treat ready in 10 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 egg;
80 g (2.8 oz) powdered sugar;
75 g (2.6 oz) butter, room temp.;
100 g (3.5 oz) chocolate drops;
½ tbsp baking powder;
170 g (6 oz) flour;
a pinch of salt;
½ tsp vanilla powder;
Hazelnut cream.
METHOD
- Beat butter with powdered sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Add and egg and beat until uniform.
- Mix in flour and baking powder add chocolate drops or chips and stir to combine.
- Divide the dough into 10 balls.
- Place 5 balls on a parchment covered baking pan and flatten with your hand. Place a generous spoon of hazelnut cream on top and cover with another flattened ball of dough. Pinch the edges together.
- Add some chocolate on top and bake for 10 minutes at 200C/400F. Leave to cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
