Chocolate pinwheels: an easy sweet treat ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
400g (3.2 cups) flour (all-purpose)
150ml (0.6 cup) milk
50g pumpkin puree
40g (0.2 cup) butter
40g (0.2 cup) sugar
10g yeast
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Melted chocolate
Oil
Sugar
Cinnamon
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 45 minutes.
- Divide the dough into portions. Roll out each portion. Put chocolate in the middle and form turntables. Let rise for 25 minutes.
- Deep-fry. Sprinkle each spinner with cinnamon sugar.
