Samosa pinwheels: a delectable appetizer ready in no-time!

They are a great party treat, quick and tasty!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
For the dough:
1 cup flour;
2 tbsp semolina;
½ tsp sugar;
2 tbsp vegetable oil;
¼ cup water.
For the filling:
2 potatoes, boiled, grated;
¼ tsp turmeric;
1/2tsp chili flakes;
¼ tsp cumin;
½ tsp coriander;
½ tsp garlic-ginger paste;
2 tbsp flour;
¼ cup water;
Vegetable oil for frying.
METHOD
Mix ingredients for the dough until it is nice and smooth. Cover in plastic and set aside.
For the filling add spices, garlic paste, salt and pepper to grated potatoes. Mix to combine.
Divide the dough in half and roll each half out. Spread half of the potato mixture over each dough sheet and roll as shown on the video.
Cut each log into 10 slices.
Whisk flour and water together until no lumps remain.
Dip each pinwheel into the flour mixture and fry in preheated oil for 5-7 minutes.
