Crunchy pinwheels: a sweet treat you'll fall in love whit!

An awesome treat ready in no-time!
INGREDIENTS

egg 6 pcs.
salt 1 tsp
flour 350 – 400 gr
oil for frying
powdered sugar
METHOD
- Whisk eggs and salt, add sifted flour and whisked eggs. Knead the dough and leave covered with foil for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the work surface, knead the flour and spread out on a thin paste of 1-2 mm. Then cut strips 3, 5 cm thick.
- Roll the strips on a stick and bake as shown in the video using hot oil.
- Sprinkle pinwheels with powdered sugar.
