Carnival arancini: the Italian sweet treat you'll fall in love with!

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
40g of sunflower oil
200g milk (milk)
500g flour
1 bag of Baker Yeast
2 tbsp sugar
 
FOR CHARGING
250g of sugar
1 crust 1 grated lemon
2 crusts 2 grated oranges
 
METHOD
  1. Combine flour, dry yeast, two tablespoons of sugar, and in a separate bowl 2 eggs, milk, oil, and add little to little flour in that mixture, knead the fine dough.
  2. Cover and let stand for half an hour. Prepare a mixture of sugar, orange peel, lemon peel and stir. Divide the dough into two parts, spread one part, nail it, coat the edges with water, wrap and cut. Oven in oil.
