Fried apple rolls: a sweet treat that kids will love!

These apple rolls make the perfect fall treat and will remind you of apple pie but in a roll form.

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
200ml (1 cup) Milk
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
20g (1 ½ tbsp) Butter
5g (1 tsp) Dry yeast
400g (3 cups) Flour
300g (2 cups) Apples
1 Egg
 
Coating:
50g (4 tbsp) Sugar 
5g (1 tsp) Cinnamon  
 
METHOD
  1. For the dough: In a bowl pour warm milk. Add sugar and salt. Mix and add melted butter, dry yeast and mix it. Add flour and knead it. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Peel and cut the apples into squares. Spread the dough into a circle. Whisk the egg and spread it on top of the dough. Place the apples and roll it.
  3. Cut the dough into circles. Leave them covered for 10 minutes.
  4. In a pan with oil place the rolls and fry them.
  5. For coating: In a bowl add sugar and cinnamon and mix.
  6. Put the rolls into the coating. Serve.
