Stuffed chocolate cookies: the kids will love this!

How to make a sweet treat in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
320g (3 cups) flour
80g (10 tbsp) powdered sugar
8g (2 tsp) baking powder
110g (7 tbsp) butter
1 egg
a pinch of salt
Hazelnut cream
METHOD
- In the bowl add the sifted flour, butter, a pinch of salt, vanilla packet, baking powder and mix. After obtaining the mixture, add the icing sugar and the egg and knead for a few minutes obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Compact the pastry well and place it in the fridge for 30 min.
- Take the shortcrust pastry from the fridge, roll out a 4-5 mm high sheet and obtain a rectangle.
- Place the hazelnuts cream in the center, spreading lengthwise, roll it into a loaf, seal the edges well. Cut into pieces of about 3 cm.
- Place each piece on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
