Stuffed potatoes: kids will love them!

An easy dinner idea for the whole family!

INGREDIENTS

400g ground beef

1 onion

2 cloves garlic

1 pinch of parsley

1 tsp salt

1 tsp thyme

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp red paprika

11 potatoes

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 cup water

1 tomato

1 pepper

Parsley

METHOD

Stuffing mix with grated onion, garlic, parsley, salt, thyme, black pepper and paprika. In potatoes make cuts and fill with ground meat.
Mix tomato paste with water and pour on stuffed potatoes. Add chopped tomato and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
