Stuffed bell peppers: a fun dish for your kids!

Your kids will love veggies in this way!
INGREDIENTS
7 Peppers
500g Minced meat
1 Onion
1/4 cup Parsley
3 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 tbsp (15g) Cornstarch
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup (170g) Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Water
7 Cherry tomatoes
3-4 Potatoes
METHOD
- Cut the bottom of the peppers and clean them. Fry peppers in hot oil for 2 minutes from each side.
- Mix meat with species, egg, cornstarch, olive oil and parsley. Make little balls from it.
- Put mozzarella into each pepper and top it with meatballs and cherry tomatoes. Mix tomato sauce with water and pour it over the peppers. Put potato pieces into empty places on the pan right away near peppers. Sprinkle everything with mozzarella.
- Bake at 180’ C ( 356’ F ) for 1 hour.
