Stuffed bell peppers: how to prepare a tasty recipe for your special dinner!

This recipe makes the best easy dinner idea any night of the week!

INGREDIENTS
4 bell peppers
3 tomatoes
250g (1 cup) bread cubes
60g (1/3 cup) bacon
200g (2 pcs) mozzarella
capers
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
20g (2 tbsp) pecorino cheese
parsley
Olive oil

METHOD
  1. Cut the bell peppers in half, and then dig out the middle.
  2. Make a mixture in a mixing bowl of bread cubes, diced tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino cheese, bacon and parsley.
  3. Fill the bell peppers and arrange them in a baking tray.
  4. Sprinkle them with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F/200°C. Serve.
