Stuffed bell peppers: how to prepare a tasty recipe for your special dinner!

This recipe makes the best easy dinner idea any night of the week!
INGREDIENTS

4 bell peppers
3 tomatoes
250g (1 cup) bread cubes
60g (1/3 cup) bacon
200g (2 pcs) mozzarella
capers
20g (2 tbsp) parmesan
20g (2 tbsp) pecorino cheese
parsley
Olive oil
METHOD
- Cut the bell peppers in half, and then dig out the middle.
- Make a mixture in a mixing bowl of bread cubes, diced tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan, pecorino cheese, bacon and parsley.
- Fill the bell peppers and arrange them in a baking tray.
- Sprinkle them with olive oil and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F/200°C. Serve.
