Stuffed loin: the perfect recipe for a special dinner!

This stuffed loin looks fancy but it is an EASY and inexpensive way to feed a crowd!
 
INGREDIENTS
1kg pork loin
1 onion
1 orange
Rosemary
Bacon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Potatoes

METHOD
  1. Incise the meat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion, bacon and orange into slices.
  3. Fill the gaps with them and add rosemary. Sprinkle it with olive oil.
  4. Add chopped potatoes to the side of the pan and bake at 360°F/180°C for 1 hour. Serve.
