Crepes pockets: the perfect recipe for a special dinner!

Perfect for a tasty dinner!
INGREDIENTS

Crepes:
130g (1 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
25ml (2 tbsp) oil
300ml (1 1/2 cup) milk
Filling:
Cooked minced beef
Bechamel sauce:
80g (4 tbsp) butter
90g (2/3 cup) flour
600ml (3 cups) milk
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
100g (1 cup) grated cheese
Green and red pepper
METHOD

METHOD
- For crepes: In a bowl add milk, sugar, salt and oil. Mix it and add flour. Mix it all well and fry the crepes in a pan.
- Fill each crepe with cooked minced beef. Close it and place in a pan.
- For bechamel sauce: In a pot put the butter. When it is melted add flour and mix. Pour the milk, mix and add salt and pepper. Cook until it is thick.
- Pour it over the crepes, add cheese and peppers and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
