Crepes pockets: the perfect recipe for a special dinner!

Perfect for a tasty dinner!

INGREDIENTS
Crepes:
130g (1 cup) flour
5g (1 tsp) sugar
2g (1/2 tsp) salt
25ml (2 tbsp) oil
300ml (1 1/2 cup) milk

Filling:
Cooked minced beef

Bechamel sauce:
80g (4 tbsp) butter
90g (2/3 cup) flour
600ml (3 cups) milk
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper

100g (1 cup) grated cheese
Green and red pepper

METHOD
  1. For crepes: In a bowl add milk, sugar, salt and oil. Mix it and add flour. Mix it all well and fry the crepes in a pan.
  2. Fill each crepe with cooked minced beef. Close it and place in a pan.
  3. For bechamel sauce: In a pot put the butter. When it is melted add flour and mix. Pour the milk, mix and add salt and pepper. Cook until it is thick.
  4. Pour it over the crepes, add cheese and peppers and bake at 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
