Flower crepes: a simple recipe for a special dinner!

Beautiful and delicious, these crepes are just amazing! 
 
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
100g (3/4 cup) Flour
230ml (1 cup) water
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
8-10 zucchini Flowers
150g baked ham
100g mozzarella cheese

METHOD
  1. In a bowl mix together eggs with salt, pepper, flour, water, oil.
  2. Make pancakes onto the prepared pan and put the flower on top. Fry from both sides.
  3. Fill with baked ham slices and mozzarella slices.
