Herb crepes: the perfect recipe for a quick dinner!

Ready in a few minutes, easy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS

300ml (1 1/5 cups) kefir

2g (½ tsp) baking powder

1 egg

4g (1 tsp) salt

4g (1 tsp) pepper

100g (1 cup) flour

Spring onion

Dill

150g (1 cup) cheese

Oil

Cream cheese

Smoked salmon

METHOD

Add kefir, baking powder, salt, pepper, egg, flour, chopped dill and spring onions, and grated cheese to the kneading bowl. Mix.
Fry in an oiled pan.
Serve with cream cheese and smoked salmon.
