Cheesy baked chicken: the perfect idea for a quick and tasty dinner!

So easy and delicious, this recipe is perfect for a quick dinner!

INGREDIENTS

8 slices of the chicken fillet
100g baked ham
160g mozzarella
Breadcrumbs
30g (4 tbsp) Parmesan
Olive oil
Salt

METHOD

Cover the chicken in breadcrumbs and parmesan. Place it in a pan and sprinkle some oil and salt.
Bake it at 400°F/200°C for 10 minutes.
When it is half cooked add baked ham and mozzarella.
Bake it for another 10 minutes. Serve.
